§ 8-76. Sanitation.

Any owner, custodian or possessor of any domesticated animal who fails to maintain in a clean and sanitary condition and free from extreme and unreasonable objectionable odor all structures, pens, yards and areas adjacent thereto wherein any animal is kept shall be in violation of this chapter.
