§ 2-415. Coordinantor designated.

  • The county clerk shall be the coordinator of the county's records management plan and authorized to act for and on behalf of the county council in directing and coordinating all records management matters under the Georgia Records Act, O.C.G.A. § 50-18-90 et seq., the records retention schedules approved by the state, and the provisions of this article, except as limited in this article.
