§ 14-21. Emergency management office; appointment of director and coordinator.

  • In agreement with the governing officials of cities and towns within the county, there is hereby established the Rabun County Emergency Management Office. The county board of commissioners, with concurrence of officials of cities and towns within the county, have nominated, for appointment by the governor, a director and coordinator of emergency management for the entire county.
