§ 11. [Conflicts.]

Any rule or regulation promulgated by a county executive committee of a political party under the provisions of subsection (c) of Code Section 21-2-111 of the O.C.G.A. [O.C.G.A. § 21-2-111(c)] with regard to the conduct of primaries shall be null and void if in conflict with a valid rule or regulation of the board.
